The prompt "Happy Accidents" meant a lot of things to me. I honestly loved how open ended this prompt is, because it can really be interpreted in so many different ways, based on the person/artist. There was a specific concept I had in mind for this prompt because it felt really easy to follow this prompt, while still keeping my style and the messages I like to carry through my art.
My take on "Happy Accidents" has a lot to do with being a teenage girl, while also transitioning into womanhood. as I grow older and live through my teenage years, i'm learning more about life and more things about myself. I've realized many things about what it's like to be a woman in our society. This piece goes into how i've realized how often women in the media, my friends, my female relatives, as well as myself every so often go onto the topic of feeling the need to conceal their feelings and thoughts and put up an act like everything is just fine, when theres really something serious going on internally all because they don't wanna face others' criticism for being "weak". Realistically, we should allow ourselves to feel what we feel without concealing it because it's generally a very necessary thing for us all to do. This topic can play back into my
